Conference Proceedings Submission Requirement for IOP Publishing
As a general rule IOP Conference Series would advise that an author does not submit more than two articles to a conference. This includes papers that they have co-authored.

IOP Conference Series uses author-supplied PDFs for all online and print publication. Authors must prepare their papers using Microsoft Word or LaTeX, and convert these files to PDF.
It is essential that papers submitted must conform to the paper format guidelines which could find the files as below:
By submitting a paper, an author and all co-authors are assumed to agree with the terms of the IOP Proceedings Licence and ethical policy.
2026 ICDT Peer Review System
All papers should be original, unpublished, experimental and theoretical.
The manuscript shall be not less than 5 pages;
2026 ICDT operates the Single-anonymous peer review systemthat authors' identities are known to the reviewers, reviewers' identities are hidden from authors. All peer reviews are conducted by IOP Review System (Morressier).
All correspondence, including notification of the Editor's decision and requests for revision, takes place by e-mail and via the author's homepage.
If the authors receive the reviewer's revise comment, please revise and resubmit your paper within 2 weeks.
Submission deadline: Aug. 1, 2026.
All papers accepted by the 2026 ICDT will be submitted to IOP Publishing for final review.
If the paper is rejected by IOP Publishing, the APC shall not refund.

When submitting your paper(s), please send the certificate(s) of declassification and copyright transfer agreement(s) to the conference organizer Email sunjing@cos.org.cn. Please name the email using the Morressier paper ID number followed by the paper title.
