As NEV penetration hits a critical tipping point, powertrain competition has evolved from a "three-electric" showdown into a profound leap from electrification to intelligentization.
The lines between powertrain and intelligent domains are blurring. AI has compressed simulation from months to days. Distributed drive has entered mass production, bringing tank turns and crab mode to everyday roads. Kilovolt platforms are reshaping insulation, power semiconductors, and thermal management. And the first 48V architecture overhaul in 70 years is redefining the "power heart" of intelligent vehicles.
Meanwhile, technology boundaries are expanding — e-drive systems now share DNA with embodied intelligence, onboard algorithms empower humanoid robots, and flying car powertrains are moving from concept to engineering validation. The definition of powertrain is extending from "propelling vehicles" to "propelling everything."
Against this backdrop, Gasgoo will host the 7th New-Generation Automotive Powertrain Technology Innovation Summit 2026 on November 20 in Shanghai.
