In order to complete abstract submission and registration processes, you are requested to create your own account.

Payment Notes:

1. The registration fees for presenters, participants, graduate and undergraduate students, as well as representatives from academic and research institutions, include access to conference activities during the two main conference days, paper presentation/participation fees, lunches, coffee breaks, and the conference banquet. The fees do not cover airport transfers, transportation to and from the venue, accommodation, visa fees, travel insurance, or other personal expenses.

2. If a participant presents multiple papers or presents on behalf of others, an additional fee of USD 60 (CNY 420) will be charged for each extra paper.

3. The banquet fee for accompanying persons is USD 50 (CNY 350) per person.

4. Cancellations made before August 15, 2026 are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made between August 15 and September 12, 2026 will receive a 50% refund of the basic registration fee (excluding taxes). No refunds will be issued for cancellations made on or after September 13, 2026.

Payment Methods:

Registration should be completed with appropriate payment; all fees are in Chinese Yuan (RMB), include applicable taxes, and are paid using one of the following methods:

1.  Visa, MasterCard, and American Express card

It will be billed in Chinese RMB and exchanged to your local currency during your online payment authorization. Consequently, the amount charged to your account may vary due to the fluctuation in exchange rates.

2.  Alipay, WeChat Pay, UnionPay

Attendees can complete online payment through Alipay, WeChat or UnionPay-branded debit cards and credit cards.

3.Bank Transfer (CNY only) - Participants within mainland China are required to use this payment method.
