CHINA ASSOCIATION FOR QUALITY(CAQ)

Established on August 31, 1979 as a civil society with legal entity, China Association for Quality (CAQ) is a national and professional non-profit social organization formed by organizations and individuals who are committed to quality management and innovation.

 

Since its establishment over 40 years ago, CAQ has carried out a significant amount of work with remarkable achievements in various aspects, including the popularization of knowledge, tolls and methods on quality management; the promotion of Total Quality Management; the publicity and implementation of Quality Management System standards; the dissemination of Performance Excellence Model; encouraging various organizations to carry out quality improvement activities such as Quality Control Circle, Lean Management, Six Sigma, Field Management, etc., and facilitating enterprises to implement Customer Satisfaction Project, develop robust quality culture, and cultivate quality brands. CAQ has been awarded the title of “National Advanced Social Organization” many times and has been rated as National 5A-Level Social Organization.
