Registration fee is collected by the International Lunar Sample Research Symposium to meet the basic needs for this meeting to foster international cooperations in lunar sample studies and beyond globally. Full registration is 1,500 CNY, and student registration is1,000 CNY. Registration fee is waived for low and lower-middle income countries defined by the World Bank and special requests approved by LOC. Refund is not possible after registration.
All participants of ILSRS need to pay all their costs by themselves, including but not limited to transportations, accommodations, insurances, and food, except for coffee breaks and one banquet provided by the conference. All participants of ILSRS need to attend the symposium in person. There are no online present or attend options. For those presenters cannot attend ILSRS after registration, they are highly recommended to inform the Local Organizing Committee of their absence for the organization purposes.
Abstract
Abstracts submitted to ILSRS should use the template of LPSC (https://www.hou.usra.edu/meetings/templates/abstract_templates.shtml) by Oct. 15, 2026. Abstracts submitted should be concise and informative in one page. Attendees need to indicate whether they prefer oral presentations or poster presentations in submission. The Science Organizing Committee will review all the submitted abstracts to decide their presentation mode based on their scientific merits solely. Not all abstracts submitted as oral presentations are guaranteed to present in their preferred way. Some of them might be transferred to poster presentations.
Presentation
Results of abstract presentation mode will be announced on or before Nov. 1, 2026, together with the conference program. Each keynote presentation will be 20 minutes, including Q&A. Each oral presentation will be 15 minutes, including Q&A. It is highly recommended to leave 2-3 minutes for questions. Posters need to have a size of standard A0 format (84.1 cm in width x 118.9 cm in length).
