In order to complete abstract submission and registration processes, you are requested to create your own account....    

For students, a scan file of the student card is required for registration.

After completing the registeration procedure, the meeting notice and invoice will be sent to you via Email. 

For foreign participants, we will be happy to provide the invitation letter to facilitate your visa application. To produce invitation letter, please email us (nitrogen2019@njau.edu.cn) with all the information/documents (Your full name, Passport number, and Home address) required for processing the visa invitation letter. 

We also strongly recommend the participants to buy the travel insurance that covers the whole duration of the stay or transit.

Cancellation of registration

Full refund will be made if written notification of cancellation is received by conference administrators before May 1, 2019. We strongly suggest participants to book the hotel before this date.
