Each English paper will be charged 2,000 yuan to be included in the proceedings;
Submission of paper in Chinese is free of charge.
Notice:
1. The registration fee includes conference material fee and lunch & dinner during the conference period. Accommodation fee is not included.
2. Working doctoral and postdoctoral students shall be registered as regular delegates.
4. Accompanying persons need to register and pay the registration Fee.

♦ For student, please submit a copy of valid ID (student card) along with other registration materials.
* Registration Fee Refund Policy:
If the participants request cancellation and refund due to personal reasons, the following refund policy applies:
* 60 days ahead of the conference: 70% of payment refund
* 30-60 days ahead of the conference: 50% of payment refund
* Within 30 days ahead of the conference: no refund
Cancellation and refund request must be made formally via email.
* Publication Fee Refund Policy:
If the English paper got rejected by the IOP Publishing House, the corresponding publication fee could be refunded. The refund request must be made formally via email.
