All submissions are reviewed on Morressier—the official submission system of IOP Publishing.
The submission process is as follows:
Step 1 (Only for Chinese authors). Before uploading your paper, please send the certificate of declassification and copyright transfer agreement to the conference organizer Email wanghuan@cos.org.cn;
Step 2 (Only for Chinese authors). After the conference organizer receives the certificate of declassification and the copyright transfer agreement and confirms that they are correct, the paper can be uploaded to the paper review system;

Publication Ethics: Plagiarism is strictly forbidden
Ethical conduct is the most essential virtual of any academic. Any act of plagiarism is a totally unacceptable academic misconduct and cannot be tolerated. So all submitted manuscripts should be original, unpublished, experimental and theoretical. If an author is found to commit an act of plagiarism, the following acts of sanction will be taken if the author is found to commit an act of plagiarism: I. The authors' supervisor(s) and affiliated institution(s)/Universities will be informed about their/his/her act of plagiarism II. The article will be rejected or be deleted from the final publications. III. The authors' act of plagiarism will be reported to the appropriate overseeing office of academic ethics and research funding agency.
Full Paper Review Process
ICDSE operates a system of single-anonymous peer review. When papers are submitted, they are immediately reviewed in-house to see if they conform to accepted academic norms, and to screen out incomplete or time-wasting submissions.
All papers which have passed this initial review are then assigned to reviewers. Each reviewer is asked to read the paper thoroughly and then give comments in the review system.
Notification of Acceptance or Rejection
Full Paper authors are usually informed of acceptance or rejection by emails within six weeks.
