Cancellation Policy

To request a refund and cancel your registration, please contact the CLEO-PR 2026 Secretariat by email at cosoffice@cast.org.cn. All refund requests will be processed collectively after the conference.

Registration fees are refundable under the terms specified below.

Invoice (Fapiao)

For Chinese participants: After the conference, the official conference Fapiao will be sent to your email address according to the billing information you provided in the system.

For international participants: Your invoice will be automatically emailed to you upon completion of registration.
