Audiovisual equipment in meeting rooms
Computer -supports files created on either Mac or Windows (It is not recommended to bring your own laptop computer (especially MacBook) unlessyour presentation requires any special software and/or hardware.)
Save your Power Point presentation on a USB memory stick and bring a backup version ofyour presentation.
Arrive in the conference room at least 10 minutes prior to the start of your session
Locate the session chair for your session and check in with them so they know you havearrived
When it’s time to present, walk to the lectern and open your slide presentation
lf the person before you left their talk on the screen, close it, and locate and open your slidepresentation file
Poster presention
The official presentation language for CLEO-PR 2026 is English. Instructions on preparing your printed poster presentation and publishing your poster PDF are below.
General Instructions
The poster board is self-standing.
Each paper's code will be shown on the board.
The maximum poster size is 90cm wide x 120cm high (36" x 47").
Use of double-sided tape is prohibited.
All presenters are required to preside at their poster panel during the session time for discussion with participants.
Poster authors are responsible for creating, preparing, and transporting posters to the conference.
Each poster should indicate the paper title, authors, affiliation, and paper number and must fit within a 0.9m x 1.2m space.
