He participated major research projects in the philosophy and social sciences of the Ministry of Education: Research on the status quo and countermeasures of China's mental health service system; he presided over the school-level projects of China University of Political Science and Law: psychological characteristics of drug abusers in reeducation through labor and the corrections. His main research areas are the neuropsychological mechanism of criminal behavior, addictive behavior, evidence-based correction and evidence-based treatment.
