I. Investigation of the relationship between drugs and crimes
Bo Yang
Ph.D., second-level professor, doctoral supervisor, director of the psychology laboratory of the School of Social Sciences, China University of Political Science and Law, director of the Research Center for Supervisor Risk Assessment and Correction, China University of Political Science and Law, vice president of Chinese Association of Drug Abuse Prevention and Treatment, director of Chinese Association of Social Psychology Judicial Psychology Branch. He is currently chairing the project of the National Natural Science Foundation of China: the neuropsychological basis for the classification and treatment of violent criminal; he presided over the horizontal study of the Beijing Reeducation-through-labor Bureau: the construction and implementation of the compulsory isolation and detoxification model in Beijing. He participated major research projects in the philosophy and social sciences of the Ministry of Education: Research on the status quo and countermeasures of China's mental health service system; he presided over the school-level projects of China University of Political Science and Law: psychological characteristics of drug abusers in reeducation through labor and the corrections. His main research areas are the neuropsychological mechanism of criminal behavior, addictive behavior, evidence-based correction and evidence-based treatment.
Zhuo Zhang
Associate Professor of the School of Social Sciences, China University of Political Science and Law, Deputy Director of the Research Center for Supervisor Risk Assessment and Correction, China University of Political Science and Law Vice President of CADAPT Substance Abuse and Crime Psychology Branch. Mr. Zhang Zhuo has long been committed to studying the neuropsychological mechanism of drug abuse, the relationship between drugs and crime, evidence-based correction and evidence-based treatment.

Xuebing Liu
Ph.D., deputy chief physician, master’s supervisor. Director of the Addiction Center of Wuhan Mental Health Center, director of CADAPT, member of the Addiction Medicine Group of the Chinese Medical Association, Psychosomatic Medicine Branch, member of CADAPT Synthetic Drug Branch, member of the Hubei Association of STD and AIDS Prevention and Control, member of Wuhan Sleep Prevention Association. He presided over 2 projects of Wuhan Health Bureau. He participated as a second participant in the National Youth Fund Project and the National Natural Science Foundation Project.

Ph.D., researcher, professor, doctoral supervisor, research team leader of Shanghai Mental Health Center, deputy director and secretary general of the of the Chinese Neuroscience Society Stress Neurobiology Branch, member of the Judicial Administrative Drug Rehabilitation Work Expert Committee of Drug Control Administration of the Ministry of Justice, member of the Committee of Neuroregeneration and Restoration of the Chinese Research Hospital Society, Honorary Associate Professor of the State Key Laboratory of Brain and Cognition, University of Hong Kong, and member of the editorial board of Brain Behav Immun, Sci Data, Behav Brain Funct, BMC Psychiatry, Front Psychol, etc. reviewers of dozens of SCI journals. His research area is the brain plasticity mechanism and intervention of addiction and mental illness.
