2. The Secretariat will inform you whether the application is accepted. If accepted, a formal agreement will be executed.
3. Within 7 days after the execution of the agreement, the Exhibitor should pay 50% of the total amount set in the agreement to the Secretariat as a deposit.
4. Exhibitors shall pay the rest of the agreed amount in full before April 30, 2019. If the Exhibitor fails to pay the rest of the agreed amount, or show the payment certificate of such amount to the Secretariat at April 30, 2019, the agreement shall be terminated.
Rules for Cancellation
If Exhibitors cannot attend the exhibition due to certain reasons, they are allowed to cancel the participation and apply for refund. The application of refund should be made in written form. Any other forms of application shall be deemed as invalid. Refund Policy:
· Before April 30, 2019 (inclusive), 50% of the total amount set in the agreement will be deducted
· After April 30, 2019, there will be no refund.

The name of the Exhibitor and the word "CADAPT" must be indicated at the time of remittance, and a copy of the remittance voucher should be sent to the Secretariat by fax or e-mail.
CADAPT sincerely invites Exhibitors to hold satellite meetings or titled forums during the conference. Satellite meetings or titled forums are useful extension and supplements to the academic content of the conference, which aim to introduce new discoveries, new ideas and new technologies in the psychiatric research and treatment of the Exhibitor to the participants. In order to ensure the quality, the Exhibitor proposing to hold satellite symposium or titled forums should submit the agenda for review and approval by the organizing committee when filling the application.

Titled Forum
Price: ¥80,000/each, the duration of each shall not exceed 1.5 hours.
The titled forums will be held synchronously with the conference, and do not interfere the satellite meeting.

Applications
Exhibitors proposing to hold satellite symposium or titled forums should fill in the application and submit the agenda to the Secretariat before February 28, 2019. The Secretariat will send the applications to the academic committee of the conference for approval. The application should include the following items:

· Description
Principles of Approval
The academic committee will review the application and decide whether to accept the application based on the following principles:
· The relevance between the theme and the conference agenda
· Academic quality (qualification of the speaker, depth of the content, form of organization, etc.)
· The support of the Exhibitor to CADAPT
Confirmation of Approval
The Secretariat will officially notify the Exhibitor of the result after March 20, 2018, as well as the date, time and venue arrangement. CADAPT shall reserve the right of final interpretation of the review result.

The purpose of the exhibition is to provide Exhibitors with opportunities to show new achievements, new ideas and new discoveries, thereby helping participants gain helpful knowledge and information to their works. Exhibitors should not sell products in the booth or exhibition hall during the conference. Exhibitors violating such regulations shall be forced to withdraw from the exhibition, in which case there will be no refund.

Disclaimer
· Following the international practice, if the conference is postponed or canceled due to Force Majeure, including but not limited to earthquakes, floods, epidemics, government regulation, destruction of the exhibition hall, etc., Chinese Association of Drug Abuse Prevention and Treatment (CADAPT) reserves the right to retain part of the participation fees to cover the expenses incurred in the preparatory work.
Review of Qualification
· Exhibitors applying for the exhibition during 28th IFNGO World Conference & 18th CADAPT Academic Conference shall submit detailed company information. And the products to be exhibited and their treatment principles shall conform to the concepts and principles advocated and upheld by CADAPT. CADAPT shall be entitled to decline the application of unqualified Exhibitors.
Regulations on Exhibition Area
· During the exhibition, all booths should be watched by the person from corresponding Exhibitors.
· Without approval from the Secretariat, Exhibitors should not place background boards in its booth hindering the neighbouring booths or blocking the light.
· Without approval from the Secretariat, Exhibitors should not spread materials outside its booth and use high-decibel audio devices or flashlights, which may affect other booths.
· Before the end of the conference, Exhibitors should not move or close their booths.
· Without approval from the Secretariat, Exhibitors should not hold activities like lucky draws, games or competitions, etc. in its booth.
· Exhibitors should not place any nails, glues or screws on the three walls of their booths to cause damages to the walls. If such behavior happens, the walls must be cleaned by the management personnel at the venue. All losses and related expenses shall be borne by corresponding Exhibitor.
· During the exhibition, if the public goods are damaged due to the fault of the Exhibitor or its employees or agency staff, any loss thus incurred shall be borne by corresponding Exhibitor.
· Exhibitors should not damage public equipment when building their booths. If any damage is caused, the losses thus incurred shall be borne by the Exhibitor.
Regulations on Fire Fighting
· All Exhibitors shall comply with the regulations on fire fighting issued by local public security department and the venue. For Exhibitors who violate regulations on fire fighting and refuse to enforce the regulations, the fire fire-fighting department shall be entitled to dismantle their booths and impose fines.
· In principle, all booths should be set up uniformly by the organizing committee of the conference. If the Exhibitor chooses to build the booth by itself, the construction plan must be completed before May 10, 2019, including the design drawings, construction materials, electricity, etc., and submitted to the supplier responsible for the exhibition management designated by the conference for examination and approval. Once approved, the construction should strictly follow the plan, and should not be changed by the Exhibitor, and shall be subject to supervision and inspection during the construction period. Admission will not be granted without approval.
· The construction materials of the booth must be non-flammable and non-explosive materials. High-pressure and electronic high-heat items such as high-pressure mercury lamps and electric irons should not be used in the exhibition hall. Naked flames and smoking are forbidden in the exhibition hall.
Insurance
· The Secretariat recommends Exhibitors to purchase insurance for their booths and personal items to protect against damages caused by fire, theft, breakage and other dangerous behaviors. If the Exhibitor suffers any losses due to its failure to purchase insurance, the conference shall not be responsible for any of them.
Booth Fees
· Exhibitors who have not paid the booth fees in full amount should not transport the exhibits to the exhibition hall or areas nearby.
Noise
· In order to maintain the order of the exhibition hall, Exhibitors should not install high-powered speakers more than 70 decibels in the booth.
Disposal of Waste
· During the setting up, exhibition, and dismantling, the packaging and construction materials used shall not block the exhibition passage and hinder the passing-through. At the end of the exhibition, Exhibitors must remove all materials from the site within the specified time, including the double-sided carpet tape used in the booth, in accordance with the move-out schedule.
· The Secretariat or the venue shall be entitled to charge for waste disposal of the cleaned booths in case there is too much waste, including but not limited to large pieces of garbage, crates, cartons, packaging materials or printed materials.
Sublease Booth
· Exhibitors should not sublease their booths to any third party, or share the booth with any third party.
Food and Drinks
· Exhibitors should not distribute food or drinks in the exhibition hall without approval.
Exhibits
· All exhibits must comply with the regulations of China Food and Drug Administration or relevant government departments. If the exhibits have not yet been approved for entering the market, they must be truthfully informed to the audience visiting the booth, and clearly marked with: “Not entered the market yet, or waiting for approval of the government”. Exhibitors who violate such regulations will be forced to withdraw from the exhibition, in which case there will be no refund.
